UPSET STOMACH
Do you have stomach upset?

The stomach is the powerhouse of our body and its malfunctioning disturbs a lot our whole body and daily life activities. So the stomach should be set enough for good health and work.
But how to fit the stomach?
What are the symptoms of an upset stomach?
Let us see the symptoms and their nonpharmacological treatments one by one.
1- Heartburn or burning sensation:
Most commonly people feel a burning sensation in their oesophagal tract, which sometimes comes to the throat.
This may remain for short time or persists for long if not treated.
Remedy for this above-said symptom is so simple and in everyone's reach.
As the burning sensation started, skip a one-time meal. Try to eat just a little bit soft.
2-Most common and panic symptom of upset stomach is restlessness and tension.
Many people don't know why they have anxiety.
Even they don't want to talk to someone.
If this is the situation and medication is not working then this is not the only stomach upset.
Try to memorise your bowl schedule. Is it normal and you feel relaxed after defecation.
Is the faeces sticky and you felt your bowl is still full.
Then this situation affects your whole gastrointestinal tract.
This is most commonly the intestinal swelling. Due to which absorption decreases and the stomach doesn't get empty within the recommended time. Now the false stomach upset started and people start treating stomach.
But actually, intestinal treatment is required in this situation.
Non pharmacologically you have to eat a diet containing heavy fibres.
Some easy tips to set the stomach healthy.
* Try to eat good but less than hunger.
* Try to walk for a while after eating.
* Always sleep in a position that your left side is above and the right side is beneath.
* Try to maintain your eating time.
* Sleep for at least 6-8hours.
*Sleep in time.
* Try to be happy as tension or anger affect the stomach a lot.
* Always share your worries to your near and dears for relaxation.
* Try to avoid abundant use of beverages.
* Drink water before a meal. As water before a meal is gold, during the meal is silver and after the meal is poison.
* Don't eat as long as you feel hunger.
* Don't skip evening meal (dinner) as it accelerates old age.
